By creating a workspace or using the services provided by DelivEasy ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use or access our application or site.

DelivEasy provides a multi-tenant cloud-based delivery management system for local merchants and stores. Features include isolated database storage per workspace, payment reporting, receiver counter settlements, agent location tracking, and printable reports.

We charge a flat monthly fee to maintain workspace hosting, database storage, and map/GPS utilities:

5. Data Privacy & Ownership

You retain full ownership of the data in your tenant database (including delivery history, agent listings, and client details). We act only as a processor. Your data is isolated and is never sold, shared, or compiled for marketing. Active location points are auto-purged from our records after 4 hours. Completed delivery records older than 30 days are subject to automatic cleanup to maintain system integrity.

DelivEasy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the service will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all web browsers or mobile hardware. Network issues, GPS inaccuracies on agent devices, and offline caching inconsistencies are outside our immediate liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DelivEasy, its developers, or owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or business data) arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
